Felix Industry: GCF in the Roll of Honor 2023
High Honor of Budget for virtuous enterprises
Performing at the management level, financially reliable, sustainable. These are the 196 most competitive companies in Italy honored on Monday in Milan with the High Honor of Budget, Industria Felix Award. Also on the catwalk of honor at Palazzo Mezzanotte was GCF, the only one representing the Railway Construction Sector.
Organized by Industria Felix Magazine, an economics and finance quarterly magazine founded and directed by Michele Montemurro and published as a supplement to Il Sole 24 Ore, the Industria Felix - Italy che competes award has been sounding out the country's productive fabric since 2015, subjecting company balance sheets to a rigorous and incontrovertible algorithm that, based on objective balance sheet and financial rating criteria, selects the winners.
A maxi journalistic survey of the real country, which was carried out in collaboration with Ufficio studi di Cerved Group S.p.A., it covered this year 700 thousand balance sheets of corporations with registered offices in Italy and is broken down for all Italian regions by categories, sectors and company size. For the awarding of the High Honor, the algorithm takes into account binding parameters of the profit and loss account and not only, such as the average of the delta employees equal or increasing compared to the previous year (because it is not considered ethical to reward companies that, although with an excellent management performance, sacrifice the workforce) and finally, only companies that are solvent or financially secure with respect to the relevant rating are considered.
"The Award," the organizers explain, "represents the highest recognition of the inventiveness, zeal and determination of anyone who has made available his or her ability to 'build' a business capable of bearing copious and profitable results (such is the meaning of the adjective 'felix') in terms of social welfare and economic progress”.
Sold out in Milan for the national 2023 - Monday, Dec. 11 - awards event, organized in collaboration with Cerved, Luiss Guido Carli University, A.c.
