5 modular overhead wiring trains equipped for all kinds of site, 4 concrete trains as essential equipment for the constant supply of high-quality concrete, as well as 200 vehicles such as railway motor trolleys, railway turntable ladders and road-rail transport systems.
A pool of efficient and advanced machinery for rapid, high-quality interventions.
Overhead wiring trains
A train of autonomous modules
“Modular” convoy overhead wiring trains comprising various railway vehicles in specific set-ups for efficient intervention in different Contact Line assembly stages.
During the various work stages, every vehicle is able to perform its own specific task independently.
Generally, an overhead wiring train comprises:
- Railway locomotive
- Automatic and/or manual overhead wiring wagons
- Overhead wiring bridges
- Railway motor trolleys
- Ladders
- Collector
Specific equipment
Overhead wiring wagons are used to install new railway power lines.
The automatic overhead wiring wagon sets the wiring speed automatically, in relation to the voltage required for the line: cables and electrical wires are immediately installed at the required tension.
The manual overhead wiring wagon, on the other hand. requires operator intervention to check and maintain the required tension of wires and cables unwinding from the coils.
