Bimodal Colmar T9000 and T10000

GCF relies on 31 Colmar bimodal loaders, equipped for T9.000 and T10.000 models, to move materials along railway, subway lines or at construction sites.

Powerful, reliable and easy to manoeuvre on road and on track, they boast a sturdy structure in electro-welded steel, enabled by a robust hydraulic system featuring various safety installations – homologated to be used in various countries – to ensure safe use in any condition.

Equipped with Deutz diesel motor of variable power according to the model, the road-track vehicles feature independent front and rear railway boogies, enabled through hydraulic command.

The air conditioning system in the cabin, as well as rear-view electronic devices, the load control electronic system, the multiple braking system and the limiter of the travel of the lifting arm render the bimodal vehicles easy and safety to use in any condition: in the site yards, along railway lines, in narrow spaces in tunnels or along the tramway network in the city.

Accessories and equipment

Thanks to the wide range of equipment available, Colmar bimodal vehicles are able to adapt to the various needs posed by site operations rapidly and with flexibility through the quick fittings they feature (male-female coupling with locking pin) and that allow changing the equipment in just a few minutes.

Among loading/unloading accessories, there are various types of bucket (two-valve, dismantling, reverse excavation, to clean embankments), grippers (for tracks, beams, LVT blocks, universal grippers with rollers), mechanical or hydraulic sling bars (for beams, bays, spacing sling bars), in addition to lifting hooks, continuous 360° revolving hooks, grabs and forks for pallets.

Additional operations are possible thanks to optional tamping units, shears for tracks, drills, hydraulic hammers, welders, ballast cleaning machines, cutting machines, magnetic plates….
