Matisa B50D
Continuous renewal
Double-headed, continuous workfeed tamping line ensuring very high performance.
It has the same equipment as the Matisa B45 D but differs in terms of even better performance thanks to its independent workfeed tamping shuttle.
It is generally used on construction sites to remove significant amounts of track and when maximum compaction of the lower layers of the railbed is required. It is also excellent for maintenance tamping of standard and high-speed tracks.
The Matisa B50 D machine has 2 unique bogies designed specifically for line tamping. It ensures unmatched work quality and versatility as well as extremely competitive costs.
Double-headed tamping units
These units are equipped with two devices for handling single and dual sleepers, as well as automatic lubrication and greasing to enhance continuous operation.
Tamping shuttle
Driven by the machine's rear bogie, this shuttle is very fast and responsive, thereby ensuring very high yield.
This shuttle comprises two double tamping units, a line clamp with two hooks and a measurement trolley that is always takes up a position at the same distance from the clamp and the shuttle’s bogie.
The PALAS system
Optical or laser track geometry measurement system with an absolute base. Measurement are taken in a single work step at the same time as machine workfeed, thereby ensuring absolute precision along the entire track as well as production process automation. The automatic recording system also means that the entire progress of work stages can be reproduced.
