The group’s offices
GCF – Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie S.p.A. is headquartered in Rome.
This is where strategic planning, management control, financial, administrative and technical management activities are carried out, as well as the overall coordination of construction site operations.
Over time, the company and the Group have expanded their network of operational offices in Italy, with significant presences in Milan, Pistoia, Bologna, and Venice, as well as, through subsidiaries, in Treviso, Savona, and Pordenone.
Gefer S.p.A. is also headquartered in Rome, where strategic, financial, administrative and technical planning activities are managed, along with coordination of site operations. To strengthen its market presence and optimize local coordination functions, Gefer has established operational offices in Italy, including Novi Ligure, and an international office in France, confirming its commitment to internationalization and direct oversight of its areas of operation.
For both companies, production units—primarily construction sites—are distributed throughout the national territory and, where required, also abroad. As temporary structures, they are characterized by flexibility and mobility depending on active contracts.
