Organisational model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001

The image and reputation that Rossi Group has consolidated throughout its history of over 70 years is based on the respect of principles and conduct codes that inspire and guide the actions of the single stakeholders and all Group’s companies in the daily activity.

The Ethic Code, adopted on 2020/07/05, is a governance code for the implementation of ethical principles, an organic system of values: it reminds everybody, that actions and decisions are made according to shared values.

It indicates the conduct guidelines to which GCF’s and Gefer’s directors, managers, employees and collaborators must abide within the relative functions and work activities.

The Ethic Code features a Disciplinary Code that indicates an articulated sanctioning system and constitutes an integral part of it, emphasizing the compulsory character, in addition to its function as guideline.
