Access to the Reporting Platform pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2003

The term whistleblowing refers to the spontaneous reporting by an individual, called a "whistleblower," of a wrongdoing or irregularity committed within an entity, which he or she has witnessed in the course of his or her duties. The whistleblower is often an employee but can also be a third party, for example, a supplier or customer.

In implementation of the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, "Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU's' laws and on provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws," the access links to the reporting platforms activated for this purpose by GCF and Gefer as well as the related Regulations and Manuals for the proper use of these platforms are provided on this page.

Sustainability Report of the Group Companies

Responsibility and Sustainability constitute the cornerstones of the value system which, since the beginning, in the 1950s, have inspired the policies and actions of GCF and Gefer and, subsequently, of all the Group companies. Evidence of this, starting from 2025, is the publication of the first Sustainability Report of the Group, the document that in an integrated way describes the activities and results of the different companies of the Group, offering a clear, transparent and shared view of the company commitment of all the companies towards sustainability.

An important milestone, a work that allows to communicate more effectively the environmental, social and organizational impact of the Group’s activities, enhancing the contribution that each company makes to the common sustainability objectives.

The Group culture translates these values into policies and concrete commitments aimed at ensuring respect for people’s rights and compliance with the International Principles concerning Human Rights, Business and Labour, at implementing and spreading the culture of safety in the workplace, at ensuring environmental protection and the sustainability of supply chains and production processes.

The Sustainability Report does not represent a simple obligation, but a real strategic tool of transparency and responsibility, useful to strengthen dialogue with clients, partners, collaborators and communities.

We believe that sharing our progress, challenges and future commitments is essential to build relationships based on trust and oriented towards truly sustainable development.

The document available below reflects these values and puts our intentions into practice, helping to promote a culture of responsibility towards people and the planet both within and outside our organisation.
