An amazing final push forward for the GCF Suite Rapide programme.
GCF makes an amazingly intense final push forward in France as it prepares to complete the fourth and final Suite Rapide Renewal site for 2017. The company has had to face and resolve a number of complications on the final 40 kilometres of line in Lot 2 of the Suite Rapide 2013-2017 Programme. However, the difficulties have not stopped it reaching record production on several occasions. Now it is focusing on the future after delivering to France a total of 900 kilometres of completely renewed, upgraded railway line with 17 worksites and 28 sections of railway line.

GCF's work on the railway track in the Monte Ceneri Base Tunnel features specially designed machines and innovative solutions.
This has been highlighted by the magazine "Strade e Autostrade" which, in the latest September/October issue, dedicated a special article to GCF's worksite in Switzerland and drew attention to the unique engineering solutions adopted at the site which is a vital stage of the NFTA project.
GCT ranked 15th among the Italian super construction companies abroad.
"The successes that our companies have achieved abroad are something for the country to be proud of". The President of ANCE (the Italian Association of Private Construction Contractors), Giuliano Campana, had this to say when commenting on the 2017 Report on the presence of construction companies abroad, presented to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs a few days ago.
Once again, GCF is ranked 15th among the Top 30: a significant result since it is the first of the companies that operate exclusively in the railway construction industry.
GCF Suite Rapide 2013-2017 almost completed.
With 95% of the work completed, GCF prepares to deliver the 900 kilometres of renewed railway line which are part of Lot 2 of the Suite Rapide 2013-2017 programme to France by the end of the year.
GCF, head of the Transalp Renouvellement consortium, has opened 16 worksites in France since 2013, managed with its super convoy consisting of the best, highest performing machinery: a real mobile workshop that employs over 200 people.
